Perfect heat level, in my opinion. It has enough heat (quick heat) that you get the heat sensation while it doesn't block out the great flavor of the sauce. I've put it on everything from breakfast pizza, to sandwiches, to charcuterie. It plays well with everything. Highly recommended if you're looking for a versatile high-medium to hot hot sauce.
Nice flavor and heat. I used the sauce on burgers for friends and on chicken wings. Pairs well with chicken but was also a nice addition to the burgers. Several friends commented on the taste.
